I’ve been interested in photography for as I can remember. In the early days I was limited by the cost of film and film processing. With the advent of digital photography those limitations have been removed. Software tools like Lightroom and Photoshop have opened a whole world of what used to require a dark room. The internet allows me to share these photos with a large number of people and see some of their amazing work.

I attempt to underwrite part of the expense of this photo project  by using adding  Amazon links to my blogs and websites. Using the links produces advertising revenue for the software subscription fee. Thank you for your participation.

I make decisions about which photos to include in my postings based on what I consider to be of interest to the readers. It is not my intention to embarrass or humiliate anyone or violate anyone’s privacy.

Some postings will  have password protection, especially if they show family members under 18 years of age.

If  you wish to have a photo removed or wish to opt out of the birthday and anniversary listings please let me know by leaving a comment on the posting or contact me.  I want this to be fun for people.

Among the photos posted here are a number that are the work of family and friends. I am making the assumption that I have their permission to repost them on this family site. if this is not the case contact me.
