It was a busy Saturday at the Green Center and it was nice to see our regular “customers”. The Green Center is a recycling center for used items and it is open to residents of New Ipswich and Greenville, NH. It will be open for business on Saturday, March 5th, 2016 from 9 -12.

These photos are part of an ongoing theme “Guess what I saw at the Green Center”. They came in when I was volunteering and I decided to use them as subjects for some photos.
I was experimenting with my macro lens and a process called focus stacking so in reality these items are much smaller than they appear. The “angel” is only 8 inches high and the mask is 4 inches across.
They shall return to the Green Center on February 6, 2016. Ask about them.
There is no reason to fight the shopping crowds in Nashua when you can fight the crowds in New Ipswich. The Green center will be open on December 12th and 19th from 9 – 12, There is plenty of Christmas Cards, decorations and yankee swap ideas.
The green center is open to residents of Greenville and New Ipswich and is located at 661 Turnpike Road behind the town office.
It was a great Halloween this year, I had a nice stint at the Green Center in the morning, followed by an interesting visit to Vale End Cemetery. Later we had a few trick and treats.
Kitty was in the Halloween Spirit too Ethel gets the prize for the best costume. The “lace” on her sleeves is actually duct tape. I needed a Halloween “Selfie” and this is it. We don’t get many tricksters but we always count on John and Angelika with their son Parker. I really like this portrait shot.
