Impromptu Anti-Pipeline Parade

Find GasLand and other resources at Amazon.com to learn about Natural Gas and Fracking

I was unable to attend the Gate City Fall Festival and Parade in Nashua, NH on October 17, 2015.  I was curious to see what type of float the New Ipswich Pipeline Resistance Group had constructed for the parade.

The group decided to create their own parade route on the day after the Nashua event. They drove along a route that circled the proposed location for the compressor station that will be located in New Ipswich. Here are my photos of the “parade”.

The float stops for photo ops near the Temple, NH Town Hall. Temple is not in the path of the pipeline but the Elementary School is within 1/2 mile of the proposed compressor site.
