Some good news about exercise

I just got my cholesterol numbers back from my doctor and the news was good! I’ve been following a pretty rigid routine after my last check came through with BAD numbers.

They have started a program at work called “Wellness Central” which provides online tools, challenges and incentives to exercise and top adopt a more healthy lifestyle.

All the participants were sent a pedometer, but I opted to use an Omron that I had purchased year ago when the 10,000 step program was popular. It resets itself every day and keeps a weeks history which is useful when one is doing a challenge.
